great hotel stay but some minor issues

The hotel featured a modern interior that felt both fresh and relaxing. The staff were friendly, always eager to help with any requests. I also loved the clean and spacious bathroom with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The city view from my room added a good touch, allowing me to enjoy the vibrant surroundings.

i had a well-equipped and modern room to stay, it was complete with black-out curtains and spacious bathroom and shower. everything was good, i really enjoyed that.

Beautiful little hotel with excellent location very close to the shopping streets in Busan. Location next to Busan Tower, shops and restaurants and the biff square and Jalgaichi market. Plus, next to Gwangbok-Dong.

Clean rooms in a very convenient area.

I experienced numerous issues that were frustrating. The shower had no glass divider, causing water to splash everywhere and creating a slippery mess. The TV remote was not functional even after requesting batteries, and the overall maintenance of the room left much to be desired. It was like a cheap option badly in need of upgrades, and I was left disappointed for the price I paid.

Every employee we encountered was really helpful. They offered us fine and spotless rooms with shower and black-out curtains.

Had a great time exploring the local markets like Gukje Market and the cultural sights nearby. The room was spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. I appreciated the large TV with Netflix for some evening entertainment. The bathroom setup was a bit peculiar, with glass windows on the doors, so it might not suit everyone. It was a solid choice for my stay as a couple, allowing easy access to restaurants and cafes.

Simply no complaint, enjoyable stay. Fully equipped and beautiful little accommodation with excellent setting close enough to other attractions, BIFF Square and the Lotte Mall and markets and public transport. Very friendly staff and attention to detail.

Cutting through the noise

Nestled in a vibrant area, this hotel boasts a perfect location with numerous eateries and shopping spots within a short walk. My spacious standard double room featured a bathtub and comfortable bed. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating!

The location was perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk to BIFF Square. The incline to the hotel made it hard to carry luggage.

The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of Gukje Market and Jagalchi Market. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a bathtub, perfect after a day of exploring.

The air conditioning was old and loud, but the bathroom had a neat setup.

The shower placement was completely impractical!!! The air conditioning was old and dusty!!! The windows have openings causing cold drafts!!! Improvements in room maintenance would really enhance the stay!!!

We had a great time at this hotel and would definitely come back, as we appreciated how fully equipped and charming it was.

This hotel has a great location that's just a short walk away from a large glasshouse.

It was located very close to popular spots like BIFF Square and Jagalchi Market. I appreciated the air-conditioned room that came with a tv and a kettle. The staff were helpful and there were complimentary drinks and snacks. It was a great deal for the price!

The bed was a bit hard for my liking.
